CHB42 Glass Rod Electrode
- Long-life sensor: Dual-junction design reduces reference system contamination and extends electrode lifespan.
- Measuring electrode: pH electrode features a robust hemispherical glass bulb imported from Switzerland, ensuring high structural strength and reduced fragility. Multiple glass formulations are available for high-temperature sterilization, strong alkali, and HF acid applications. ORP electrode uses a high-purity platinum ring for enhanced signal sensitivity.
- Junction: Open single-hole junction significantly reduces clogging, improving response speed and measurement accuracy.
- Reference gel: Internal reference uses long diffusion path technology to minimize contamination diffusion and stabilize reference potential. The solid gel reference system is resistant to most organic solvents, strong acids, and alkalis, and does not produce acrylamide poisoning.
- Temperature system: Temperature electrode is placed close to the measuring electrode glass bulb, ensuring accurate and fast temperature measurement.
- Process connection: PG13.5 mounting thread with glass rod body; electrode sheath materials can be customized for different media and applications.
